I'd let myself have a few days off from the FAWM and RPM Challenges in hopes of finding some inspiration, but it wasn't happening. Today, goofing around with the keyboard while reading Facebook, I got a line stuck in my head.

It's a dear old friend and his partner's 10th anniversary, and the story of how they met got a rhyme in my head. Then I started thinking about the old Motown wedding song, To Sir, With Love, and how these guys can't marry and prejudice and blah blah blah. I decided to try and turn all of this into an anniversary card for them. It's a super cheesy song, but whatever...

This means I'm 3 songs away from completing the writing portion of the challenge, and then I can go start cleaning up the vocal tracks and remixing everything. Yay.
